Results
Produce a suite of 8 x Demo videos for Klarna showing off how their "Pay later" and "Slice it" payment features sit in the merchant websites. The videos have to be engaging and have a pace to them. The campaign consisted of taking screen captures and integrating Klarna's checkout payment features of "slice it" and "pay later" into merchant sites such as Topshop, Miss Selfridges, Burton, Evans and others. Also, one of the videos shows the step by step function of "pay later" feature in detail. Multiple versions were edited. 20 sec, 40 sec and 2 min. All videos were produced within the strict brand guidelines. The videos have been used extensively by Klarna at trade shows, in sales pitches in email campaigns and at conferences across UK and Europe.

Klarna’s business model works both ways B2B and B2C. To grow in the UK they wanted support with finding out what they should do to secure more merchants who would be willing to use them.

Focus on marketing to merchants (B2B) but use consumer style (B2C) creative. This enabled the merchant to educate their e-commerce customers visiting their websites on what Klarna is, by embedding explainer videos on their checkout pages.
Also, delivered a suite of sales material that Klarna’s sales team could use when they reach out to key decision makers.

Attention was paid to keep the branding requirements of merchants in mind, who will be using this content.
